What your impact will be:
* Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients.
Escalate tickets to higher level of support, as needed.
* Log and document all support requests in ConnectWise.
* Learn, understand, implement, and train on a variety of software applications.

* Assist in technical writing and proof reading of COATS’ documentation.
* Promptly report system errors or bugs
