Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Application Engineer (FAE) to lead, promote, and resolve all technical and engineering related barriers in designing Molex connectors, cables, and other products into electronics hardware developed at targeted Enterprise Server companies.
The FAE should have experience with Compute, Storage or Networking electronic hardware and be able to drive technical engagements with customers in targeted areas of growth and uncover new opportunities for Molex product.
FAE is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer engineering to promote and secure new design wins for Molex Datacom and Specialty Solutions copper and fiber optic products.

What You Will Do
* Provide technical support to customer engineering contacts to promote and secure new design wins of Molex products at target Enterprise server, networking and storage customers.
* Establish strategic, and differentiated, technical relationships with key engineering and Signal Integrity ("SI") contacts at the customer to secure design wins and drive profitable growth at targeted customers.
* Foster collaborative technical engagements between customers' electronic hardware development teams and Molex product management and engineering teams to resolve any technical issues to facilitate the design-in of Molex products into customers' equipment.
* Recommend innovative solutions to resolve customer challenges by utilizing the broad portfolio of Molex offerings and assist the Account Management team in the proposal of those solutions to customer contacts.
* Make recommendations for improvement of Molex products to Molex product management team to resolve customer challenges or to address broader industry trends.
* Assist Product Marketing in providing insightful information on competition solutions reviews, customer systems and processes.

Objetivo do Cargo
Prestar suporte administrativo diário aos processos e atividades de administração e apoio comercial, contribuindo para a satisfação dos clientes, apoiando efetivamente as equipas de vendas e assegurando a correta implementação de projetos, em conformidade com a estratégia de negócio, os objetivos comerciais e as políticas da DHL.
Principais Responsabilidades
* Prestar suporte administrativo diário aos processos de administração e apoio às vendas.
* Apoiar equipas, departamentos ou unidades comerciais nas suas atividades operacionais.
* Realizar tarefas rotineiras de recolha, introdução e validação de dados.
* Preparar e organizar informações para contratos comerciais e acordos de manutenção, apoiando as equipas de vendas.
* Manter clientes e equipas comerciais atualizados sobre o estado de encomendas e expedições.
* Efetuar o acompanhamento de encomendas para garantir entregas eficientes e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
* Registar informações e gerar relatórios de rotina relacionados com indicadores de vendas e eficiência operacional.
* Cumprir e promover os procedimentos, normas e políticas da empresa.
* Identificar e reportar problemas recorrentes relacionados com entregas e processos comerciais.
* Apoiar atividades de pré-venda e pós-venda para garantir uma excelente experiência ao cliente.

Qualificações e Requisitos
Formação Académica
* Formação Técnica, Profissional, Especializada ou equivalente em áreas Administrativas, Comerciais ou afins.
Experiência
* Até 2 anos de experiência em funções administrativas, apoio comercial, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas relacionadas.
Competências e Conhecimentos
* Atendimento e suporte ao cliente.

Diese Herausforderungen erwarten dich bei uns:
* Eigenverantwortlich betreibst du Akquisition von Neukunden im definierten Kundensegment
* Du berätst und betreust neue und bestehende Kunden im Bereich Luft- und Seefracht mit Fokus auf das Luftfrachtprodukt
* Die Erstellung und Kalkulation von Offerten gemäß Kundenanforderungen gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
* Kundeninformationen nutzt und verarbeitest du im DGF CRM System
* Du sammelst alle relevanten Kundeninformationen für den RFI/RFP/RFQ Prozess und bereitest alle notwendigen Dokumente für die Kundenimplementierung und die operative Übergabe vor (SLA’s, SOP’s)
* Außerdem erstellst du Präsentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
* Die Steuerung und Koordination von Verkaufsveranstaltungen gehören außerdem zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
* Du betreibst permanente Marktbeobachtung und Auswertung
* Die persönliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung ist Teil deiner Aufgaben
* Die Korrespondenz mit Kunden, DHL-Häusern und Partnern in deutscher und englischer Sprache rundet dein Tätigkeitsprofil ab
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Studium im Bereich Logistik oder adäquate Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
* Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung
* Produktkenntnis im Luft- und Seefrachtbereich mit Fokus auf Luftfracht
* Fundierte und aktuelle Marktkenntnisse
* Regionale Reisebereitschaft
* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
* Gute EDPCV- und PC-Kenntnisse (M365, vor allem PowerPoint)
* Kundenorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent
