is seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Roving Affordable Housing Property Manager in the Exeter, CA area.
The roving manager will be expected to travel up to 50 miles daily (with reimbursed mileage) to different apartment communities, and occasionally further for special projects.
Experience in housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) is necessary.
This is a Full-Time Temporary position at 40 hours a week.
Starting pay is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE.
Requirements: Reliable Transportation Authorized to work in the United States Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.
Usage will be reimbursed.
2-3 years affordable housing property management experience (RD / LIHTC / HUD).
