ERM is seeking a motivated Consulting Associate, Land & Right of Way based in Minneapolis, Milwaukee or Rolling Meadows to support projects primarily in the electric transmission and distribution industry.
The ideal candidate will support projects for our clients spanning a variety of industry sectors.
Additionally, they will help negotiate and secure legal land agreements (rights-of-way, leases, grants, fee purchases, etc.) necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of facilities on behalf of our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work on multiple projects to ensure deliverables achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

* Support with preparing and submitting applications for various permits, licenses and bonds (road / railroad crossings, driveway permits, building permits, heavy hauling permits, etc.).
* Aid with investigating damage claims, damage assessments and settlement negotiations.
* Help develop proposals, budgets, project plans, schedules, progress reports, scopes of work and other bid documents.
* Track project land budgets and prepare regular reports on financial progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s and/or Masters preferred but not required; IRWA or similar registration preferred but not necessary.
In lieu of a degree, candidates with 3+ years related experience will be considered.
* Ability to manage varying priorities and multiple tasks while forging a cohesive delivery team to meet concurrent deadlines on multiple projects.

Custodian II | Lakeville Early Childhood Learning Center | $17.00/hr YMCA of the North is seeking custodial support staff to uphold standards in cleaning, janitorial services, and general building maintenance.

Job Summary: The Custodian II is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned.
The incumbent is accountable for the completions of assigned duties with a minimum level of supervision.
Duties include, but are not limited to, mopping, dusting, trash removal, window washing, meeting set up, pool cleaning, snow removal, lawn care, and other general cleaning responsibilities.
The incumbent interacts positively with members and staff and responds to requests personally or informs the appropriate maintenance staff member.

Essential Functions: Complete all duties listed on the daily schedule and maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and equipment.
Perform janitorial duties which include, but are not limited to, wet and dust mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window washing, meeting set up, pool cleaning, painting, vacuuming, seasonal activities dealing with lawn care and snow removal, and general cleaning as requested or needed.
Record all needed repairs, repair as directed, report ALL repairs to supervisor, and follow up with staff.
Ensure YMCA building and property is secure during shift and report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
Clean up of blood or body fluids which could contain bloodborne pathogens.
Operate motorized equipment used for cleaning.

Relationships: This position reports to the Custodial Supervisor who reports to the Executive Director.
Work closely with staff to ensure that the Association standards of cleanliness are being met and attend all relevant training programs available.
