Our technicians spend their workdays on the go, independently working in the field using their company-provided vehicle.
We use best-in-class ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete mark-out services for the excavator or property owner at the work site.
Your Responsibilities as a Locator:
* Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
* Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
These are daytime, full-time positions.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities: Collect and empty trash cans Dust all surfaces (walls, furniture, and equipment) Clean and restock restrooms Mop, sweep, scrub, and vacuum floors Follow cleaning and safety procedures Perform routine maintenance and report issues or hazards Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely Clean and polish fixtures and furniture Notify management of necessary repairs or building maintenance needs Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Additional Duties: Knowledge of floor care (strip/wax) and use of related equipment and chemicals Assist with painting, snow removal, and lawn care Perform light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, minor repairs, touch-ups) Support trash and recycling collection Assist with event setups and breakdowns Ensure restrooms and common areas are well stocked and maintained Promptly report facility or safety concerns Requirements: Minimum six (6) months of janitorial or custodial experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (3 times per week) Must be able to stand for extended periods Must have reliable transportation Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and auto scrubbers Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical labor safely Good communication skills and teamwork attitude Identification Requirements: Candidates must present one of the following acceptable IDs: REAL IDcompliant drivers license or state ID (with gold or black star) Enhanced Drivers License (EDL) or Enhanced ID (EID) available in MI, MN, NY, VT, WA U.S.

Resident Services Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with the residence philosophy, policy and procedure, and resident rights.Assist residents in meeting their physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs to achieve and maintain their highest level of wellness.Promote and protect the residents rights to safe, prompt, and confidential treatment.Answer and respond immediately to resident calls.Respect the residents right to refuse medication/treatment.Protect the residents safety with medications.Explain to the resident what medication is being given and why, prior to assisting with/administering the medication.Observe the resident for any adverse reaction to a medication and report it to your Wellness Nurse or supervisor immediately.Maintain confidentiality of residents records.Control the spread of infection by following standard precautions.Dispose of infectious and potentially infectious waste according to residence policy and procedure, and OSHA regulations.Establish and maintain a good relationship with residents and their families.Respond to resident emergencies following proper procedure.Carry out all duties properly and effectively as assigned by your supervisor.
