Position Summary
The Maintenance Assistant assists with maintaining the facility, grounds, equipment, and common areas in a safe and efficient manner while following applicable federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the direction of the supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Follow established maintenance schedules and daily work assignments.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, mechanical, and other maintenance tasks as directed.
* Maintain grounds, parking areas, driveways, walkways, and other exterior areas by cutting, trimming, sweeping, cleaning, and policing as needed.
* Replace burned-out light bulbs, including exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, and other fixtures.
* Clean windows, screens, and other areas as directed.
* Assist with servicing heating and cooling units/systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and facility procedures.
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as assigned.
* Report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, accidents, and incidents to the supervisor promptly.
* Coordinate maintenance activities with nursing services when working in resident living areas.
* Maintain adequate maintenance supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
* Ensure equipment is cleaned and properly stored after use.
* Follow all established safety precautions when using tools, equipment, and supplies.
* Assist coworkers with lifting and moving equipment, supplies, and other items as needed.
* Help maintain a comfortable, safe, and functional environment for residents.
* Inform residents when it is necessary to move personal possessions.
* Maintain confidentiality of all resident information, including protected health information (PHI).

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Position Overview
Repairs and maintains construction equipment and mechanical equipment such as trucks, trailers, , bulldozers, excavators, motor graders, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other equipment by performing the following duties.

* Troubleshoots problems, making economical and durable repairs.
* Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists and hand tools.
* Maintains and repairs heavy equipment, trucks, shop, and non-mobile equipment on a company-wide basis.
* Services vehicles/equipment to include oil changes, greasing, adding fluids, changing filters and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.Troubleshoots and repairs electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, drive trains, etc.
* Orders parts and supplies.
Maintains purchase orders and invoices.
Operates computer for job functions.
* Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
* Repairs or replaces defective parts.
* Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
* Starts devices to test their performance.
* Welds broken parts and structural members.
* Maintains a clean and organized work area.
* May be subject to drug testing, medical exams and physical agilities testing.

Position Overview
The Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver is responsiable for transporting construction materials to and from jobsites.
This position requires the ability to make pre and post trip inspections, oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to the dump truck, and lift/move transported materials as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply, Inc.
* Conduct daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA's, TRACK, etc.).
* Deliver aggregates and blacktop materials to customers, pavers, shoulder machines and stone boxes and construction sites.
* Responsible for unsynchronized transmission operation.
* Communicate with dispatchers using 2-way radios and verbal communication with customers and internal personnel.
* Ability to read a map to navigate around the Northeastern PA.
* Must be able to complete log books, vehicle inspection and site condition reports, both manually and electronically.
* Responsible for cleaning bed of truck from debris and keep rest of truck clean.

Requirements
* Must possess a valid CDL Class A, a clean MVR, and must pass a DOT physical.
* Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
