PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies.
Responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance the likelihood that patients will achieve the organization Quality Enhancement Goals (QEP).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Related
Education:
* Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.
Treatment:
* Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.
* Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.
* Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight and perform vascular access evaluation pre- treatment
* Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).
* Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
* Monitor patients’ response to dialysis therapy.
* Obtain vital signs prior to reinfusion; perform all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment - document.
* Discontinue dialysis treatment according to established procedures and evaluate patient prior to termination of venous access - standing & sitting blood pressure
* Obtain Hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.
* Evaluate the patient prior to discharge.
* Perform and record Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs with initial identification
* Responsible for calculating and entry of individual patients’ dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; and UF modeling as prescribed.

I.
BASIC FUNCTION
The Inland Vessel Pilot is responsible for operating Illinois Marine Towing vessels safely and efficiently while transporting barges.
This requires strict adherence to safety protocols and physical readiness to work in a demanding maritime environment.
The work schedule follows either a 21 days on / 21 days off rotation (Line Boat) or a 14 days on / 7 days off rotation (Fleet Boat), working 12-hour shifts.
All Pilots must possess a current U.S.
Coast Guard license appropriate for the vessel, route, and service.
While on watch and in the absence of the Master, the Pilot exercises the authority of the Master.
II.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reporting any relevant vessel condition information, especially unsafe conditions of the boat, tow, and any associated equipment to the Master and take action to prevent accidents.

The Child & Family Protection Specialist (CFPCS)/Transport Specialist (TS) provides secure and efficient transport in a humane manner to Unaccompanied Children (UC) and/or families, while accompanying them on domestic and/or international flights and/or via ground transportation to facilities all over the country.
During these trips, CFPCS/TS uses their language skills to communicate in a way that is culturally sensitive, while fostering a safe and comfortable environment.
The CFPCS/TS follows and complies with Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with contract requirements; secures UC and/or families’ personal property, to include any medication during transportation.
The CFPCS/TS is responsible for providing an orientation to the UC and/or families, maintains constant line of sight and sound, and sets behavioral expectations. The CFPCS/TS reports on trip progress and enters each milestones at the beginning of each trip, during the trip and at the end of each trip and elevates concerns to appropriate parties.

The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility and maintenance related issues as it relates to the preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Shift: Night shift role working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (5:00PM-5:00PM)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
* To oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility and maintenance related issues as it relates to the preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
* Performing maintenance on building and equipment as needed involving preventive maintenance
* Diagnosing and repairing equipment in a sophisticated milk-products processing plant.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
* Previous industrial maintenance experience with a strong aptitude in the areas of mechanical, electrical and structural maintenance.
* Must be self-motivated, have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to contribute to a team environment
* Knowledge of PLC's and ammonia a plus.

Shift: Rotational Night Shift 5pm-5am, 2-2-3
The Night Production Supervisor has the responsibility for directing shift personnel in the operation of the facility, ensuring consistent manufacture of finished products meeting all customer volume and quality requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Coordinate activities within all process areas ensuring product meets all defined scheduling and quality requirements.
* Work with Operators to organize and maximize inclusion of all raw materials and rework to be utilized in production process.
* Ensure that physical characteristics are monitored hourly.
* Evaluate products for specs, grits, flavor, density, mix abilities and moisture, ensuring finished product meets all quality specifications.
* Implement and enforce safety and regulatory programs to ensure long term safe operation of the facility.
* Lead and supervise all production personnel in functional areas constantly raising the standard of performance.

The Company Driver has the responsibility for the transportation of product to and from various locations.
Shift: This position will be a Tuesday - Saturday
Pay: $24.00 USD per hour.
Driver will be paid hourly.
Company Driver Responsibilities:
* Transports deliveries locally or over the road according to manifest in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
* Utilize tanker certification and van transport experience to perform multi-task duties involving localized, intra-state tanker and van shipments to and from the facility.
Willingness to perform spotting activities of tankers and vans to meet the operational needs of the dry warehouse and liquid intake areas.
* Ability to load and unload vans in a warehouse environment after completion of all plant forklift certification is completed.

* Applies knowledge and abilities to safely load and unload deliveries according to size of load and content description.
