This position is responsible for leading a small crew in completing landscape enhancement projects safely, efficiently, and according to The Yard Butler's quality standards.
The Enhancement Crew Lead is a hands-on position and will work alongside crew members while providing daily direction, coordinating materials and equipment, monitoring job progress, and ensuring projects are completed correctly and within the expected labor hours.
