What You Will Do
Some core responsibilities for a Crane Operator include:
* Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials, complete final inspections in accurate and timely manner demonstrating an understanding of how the product fits together.
Stop, think and ask if design or fabrication results appear to be unusual or not right.
* Plans all lifts, uses proper capacity charts, completes pre-lift/critical lift sheet.
* Observes load hookup and determines safety of load.
* Manipulates or depresses crane controls such as pedals, levers, and buttons, to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.
* Uses hoisting attachments such as hook, sling, or clamps as load requires.
* Perform daily crane inspections.
* Cleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanism.
* Observes functioning of equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, repairs, or replacements.

* Recognize safety hazards and risks
* Participate in onsite safety meetings

A Brief Overview
This position involves ensuring the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the manufacturing facilities and equipment.
The Manufacturing Sanitizer is responsible for performing comprehensive sanitization procedures, monitoring cleanliness standards, and managing waste disposal effectively to maintain a hygienic production environment.
What you will do
* Clean and sanitize all manufacturing equipment and facilities as required - in accordance with current procedures & SOP.
* Dismantle, clean, and sanitize all production and compounding equipment, fillers, transfer lines, pumps, mills, etc.
and reassemble in accordance with procedures provided.
* Clean & sanitize mixing and holding tanks as accordance with all procedures/SOP.
This task requires following all rules and procedures for confined space entry.
* Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
* Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment repairs.
* Complete all documentation accurately in accordance with all procedures.
Follow proper sampling plan for Chemistry and Micro lab.
* Maintain/ Prepare cleaning/sanitizing solutions - as required.
* Retrieve bulk release stickers from lab, and pump over finished good bulks to holding tanks & fillers.
* Ensure all equipment has correct identification, status label(s).

Based in Central Melbourne, you will be driving the sale of our market leading CMF products with a focus on clinical excellence and providing exceptional customer service to our Surgeons.
Responsibilities
* Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons; promoting and driving the sale of our products
* Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
* Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-service training, and supporting new product launches
* Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
