The Residential Program Manager works directly with people with Intellectual Disabilities, by overseeing the operations of numerous residential homes.
This position directly supervises Residential Supervisors within the assigned residential locations.
Duties include engaging people in meaningful activities related to their personal goals, supporting them to connect with people in places of interest in their communities, providing support with assistive technology, communication, skill building, discovery activities, maintaining health and safety, and/or personal care needs.
Duties also include the supervision of Residential Supervisors and DSP’s assigned to the programs they manage.
This position is responsible for ensuring all applicable regulations and Penn-Mar policies and procedures are met.
In the absence of the Residential Supervisor, the Residential Program Manager is responsible for the scheduling of team members, completion of all required documentation, medical oversight, and on-call responsibilities, which may require scheduling flexibility.
Education/Experience:
- AA degree and 4 years related experience required or
- BA degree and 2 years related experience required or
- Master’s degree and 1year related experience required.
- Two years’ experience supervising others required for external candidates.

- Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Penn-Mar’s Leadership Philosophy, which includes weekly 1:1 meeting with direct reports
- Responsible to hire, train, onboard, provide oversight and feedback to Residential Supervisors in the execution of their duties and also all DSPs within their assigned programs.
- Complete 6 month and annual performance reviews for Residential Supervisors and review and approve all DSP performance reviews within their assigned programs, fostering a culture of feedback and accountability within the program.
- Be knowledgeable about current policies and procedures and ensure team members are adhering to policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, including the families of those supported.
- Ensure team members working in programs are qualified and trained.
- Be present in programs each week at various times and days to connect with various team members and interact with people supported.
- Monitor, review and approve direct reports timesheets and PTO within required timeframes.

Your Role:
As the International Launch Support Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate & Global Innovation Strategy team to support our innovative products reaching the market successfully.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating key activities and data that drive our launch projects forward while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver animal health solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional launch teams for LACAN GeoExpansions and Global Innovation Launches, ensuring key milestones are achieved and collaborating with marketing leads on rollout strategies.
* Create and maintain projects in systems like MS Project Online or EPPM, while supporting Regional Launch Leaders with updates and communicating status reports to stakeholders.
* Support LATAM & Canada launch teams by procuring required resources and ensuring alignment on adoption and penetration estimates with commercial plans.
* Ensure Business Case and assumptions readiness for PCAP submissions in LATAM & Canada affiliates.
* Partner with Regional Launch Leaders, marketing, regulatory, supply, and quality teams to drive launch excellence.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* A minimum of 1-3 year of experience in project coordination, marketing, or a related field
* Fluent in English with basic proficiency in Spanish, coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Your Role: TSMS Pilot Plant Manager
Your day-to-day will include:
* Responsible for optimization of new product processes within the Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody (mAb) pilot plant.
* Present finding of experiments with cross functional groups for advancement of product pipeline.
* Facilitate the transition of products to commercial scale production in collaboration with Operations and Primary TSMS teams.
* Collaborate with other functions (Quality, Engineering, IT, etc.) to trouble shoot processes and recommend data driven solutions.
* Pilot Plant Manager provides the necessary expertise to support and where appropriate lead optimization of bio‐pharmaceutical processes by applying sound scientific reasoning (first principles) and following integrated process and technology strategies.
* Identify and continuously apply best practices specifically in training, process changes and handling of discrepancy and investigation resolution.
* Recommend continuous improvement initiatives which positively impact cycle time, productivity, process robustness, gross margin and production capacity.
* Ensure that manufacturing and maintenance operations carried out within the pilot unit are in compliance with current procedures, safety/environmental rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Committed to knowledge sharing/transfer inside site manufacturing groups such as Technical R&D.
* Supervises 3 subordinates: TSMS Scientists.
