Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential HVAC service and repair.
* Certifications: Texas HVAC Technician Certification required; NATE certification preferred.
* Background check and drug test required.
* Driving Record: Clean driving record
* Strong communication skills and customer service ability.
* Skilled in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
* Ability to work independently and professionally represent the company.
