Job Description:
As a warehouse worker/delivery driver, you will help in our warehouse by performing general warehouse duties that may include shipping, receiving, picking orders, and material handling either manually or with equipment and delivering product to our customers.
Qualifications:
* Candidates will need a good driving record, a valid driver license and be at least 21 years old.
* CDL license not required.
* Preferably six months to one year of experience making deliveries in a flatbed or box van.
* A desire to satisfy customer needs.
* At least six months experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
* Experience in forklift operation.
* Plumbing knowledge a plus but not required.

Propósito del Rol:
Entrega y recolecta de envíos a nuestros clientes, optimizando el tiempo y recursos que serán invertidos, todo acorde con las políticas de la compañía.
Responsabilidades:
· Conducción y cuidado de vehículo propiedad de DHL, siguiendo políticas internas y leyes de transito
· Entrega y recolecta de envíos en domicilios y oficinas de clientes, en cumplimento con los estándares y políticas de DHL.
Carga y descarga de envios.
· Organización de ruta para optimizar recursos (tiempo y consumos energéticos)
· Manejo de herramientas digitales para registro de estatus de envíos
· Garantizar la seguridad de los envíos y vehículo en ruta
· Atender consultas de solicitudes de clientes que se visitan y referirlas a supervisor inmediato
· Cierre de ruta y entrega de reportes diariamente
· Cumplimiento de indicadores de productividad.
Requisitos:
* Graduado de Bachillerato general y/o técnico.
Requerido
* Conocimientos de nomenclatura de zona metropolitana y alrededores, así como Leyes de tránsito de El Salvador
* Experiencia: de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos de conducción de vehículos
* Licencia Liviana
* Manejo de carga y descarga
* Orientación a servicio al cliente.
* Excelente comunicación verbal, destrezas interpersonales.
* Excelentes habilidades para el trabajo en equipo
