About the role

Outras responsabilidades importantes incluem:
* Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos elétricos de potência tais como: transformadores, motores, disjuntores, seccionadoras, capacitores, retificadores, banco de baterias etc.;
* Examinar máquinas, circuitos e equipamentos elétricos, consultando desenhos, catálogos, especificações e instrumental adequado para localizar e retirar defeitos;
* Executar os trabalhos específicos de manutenção, tais como: sistemas elétricos de potência, variadores de frequência, manutenção em equipamentos, sistema de compressores e circuitos específicos da Redução (motores elétricos, transformadores, painéis, disjuntores, PLC e variadores de frequência.);
* Limpar e conservar motores elétricos, transformadores, painéis, disjuntores e outros equipamentos, utilizando aparelhos de ar comprimido, elementos químicos, óleos e outros materiais adequados à conservação e melhoria dos equipamentos e das pontes rolantes;
* Conhecer, utilizar e fornecer informações para garantir o funcionamento do sistema de gerenciamento da manutenção (registro de anormalidades, registros de correções etc.);
* Leitura e interpretação de desenhos elétricos;
* Montagens elétricas (eletrodutos, lançamento de cabos, eletrocalhas, muflas e terminações);
* Operação e utilização de ferramentas manuais, hidráulicas e pneumáticas;
* Manutenção básica em gavetas elétricas de baixa tensão em subestações, manutenção e inspeção básica em CLP e controladores lógicos, manutenção básica em comandos e circuitos de força;
* Manutenção básica em inversores de frequência e microprocessadores Siemens, ABB e Rockwell, manutenção em cabos de força e sistema de alimentação elétrica, Manutenção em comandos elétricos.

Sobre a Função
A Alcoa está em busca de um(a) Técnica(o) de Segurança do Trabalho Sênior (vaga afirmativa para pessoa com deficiência), que será responsável por atuar diretamente na execução de rotinas de Segurança do Trabalho nos turnos com visão tática, suportando a Gerência de Segurança no atendimento a requisitos legais e protocolos de segurança, agindo de forma interdependente, autônoma e colaborativa para a resolução de problemas e gestão de riscos na planta de Alumar em São Luis – MA.
Outras responsabilidades importantes incluem:
* Participa ativamente de reuniões operacionais e de planejamento de turno, antecipando riscos em paradas, manutenções e emergências;
* Elabora, ministra e valida treinamentos práticos e contextualizados, com base nas rotinas do turno e nos procedimentos da Alumar;
* Realiza inspeções de campo com foco em riscos críticos do turno, documentando e priorizando ações imediatas;
* Revisa, analisa e controla notificações de perigos e PARE, garantindo rastreabilidade e resposta rápida;
* Conduz investigações de incidentes completas com e sem lesão, aplicando metodologias como 5W2H, Espinha de Peixe e Árvore de Causas;
* Lidera a aplicação de ferramentas de análise de risco (AST, ARO, etc), avaliando sua eficácia no contexto do turno;
* Realiza coaching técnico com líderes e operadores, promovendo cultura de segurança e comportamento seguro no ambiente real de trabalho.
O que você pode oferecer para a função:
* Formação de nível Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho + Registro Ativo no Ministério do Trabalho;
* Experiência sólida em empresas industriais de grau de risco nível 4;
* Obrigatório conhecimento específico em todas às NRs: 01, 04, 05, 06, 08, 09, 10, 11,12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 33 e 35.
* Nível Intermediário/Avançado em Pacote Office Completo;
* Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turno.
