As a Dialectical Behavior Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will participate in Minnesota's leading adherent DBT program certified by the Department of Human Services (DHS).
Working alongside a team of DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinicians, you will design and implement treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs.
DBT Clinicians carry a caseload of both DBT and Outpatient Therapy clients.

Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients.
Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients.
Help lead weekly DBT Groups.
Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records.
Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
Requirements: Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations.
Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP).
Open to considering unlicensed candidates depending on experience.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required.
