The role of the Maintenance Planner is to improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.
Responsibilities include planning and coordination of all maintenance activities performed at the site, including day-to-day planning, down day planning and annual outage planning.

What You Will Do
* The Maintenance Planner assists Production with balancing their needs for runtime requirements and equipment reliability by identifying pro-active maintenance solutions.
* Responsible for long-range as well as short-range planning.
Long-range planning involves the regular analysis of backlog relative to available resources.
Short-range planning is planning for more pressing jobs.
* Planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor), utilizing tools such as Gantt charts (Microsoft Project), Critical Path Analysis, and resource leveling.
* Development of Planner reference systems including a file of Planned Job Packages for recurring jobs, standard job tasks plus labor and material libraries for each piece of equipment.
* Ensure Work Orders are meaningful, accurate and valid historical data is captured in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Track and report on functional metrics
* Create Bills of Materials (parts lists) for assets
* Keeps the Maintenance Supervisor informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside the Planner's knowledge or authority.
* Effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders, including Maintenance and Production Team Leaders, Reliability Coordinators, and Operations Leadership.

* Realizar las cuentas del inventario físico para los materiales directos, cotejar el número de material en el documento con el de la etiqueta del material, contar físicamente cada artículo en las hojas de la cuenta por la localización correcta del almacenaje y anotar el material adicional encontrado en el almacenaje para extender el conteo en los totales de las hojas de conteo.

Maintenance Technicians will be expected to have and refine their skills in Industrial Electrical & Mechanical Crafts.
Maintenance Technicians support the facility's vision of safety, uptime, efficiency, and profitability as part of the Maintenance Reliability Team by performing scheduled routine maintenance or unscheduled repairs.

* $ 36.43 - $42.41 per hour (depending on experience)

* This is a 2-3-2 work schedule.

What You Will Do
* Supporting our safe working environment by adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Troubleshooting and repairing industrial corrugated box making machinery.
* Troubleshoot electrical motors, frequency drives, PLCs, proximity sensors, limit switches and relays.
* Troubleshooting industrial electrical issues (12vdc to 480vac).
* Performing routine scheduled preventative maintenance.
* Responding to unscheduled floor calls by troubleshooting and repairing with a sense of urgency.
* Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Use hand tools, power tools, precision-measuring devices, and testing instruments.
* Willing and able to work any shift, holiday, weekends, and overtime as needed.
* Provide your own basic hand tools and rolling toolbox.
* Have a self-starting and disciplined work ethic
* Problem solving with team members.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* 2+ years maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical AND electrical issues
* Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics
* Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
* Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
What Will Put You Ahead
* Industrial electrical knowledge with advanced motor and frequency drive troubleshooting experience
* Mechanical maintenance experience with conveyor systems, actuated valves, and welding.
* Experience troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley etc.)
* Prior maintenance experience in the packaging industry with focus on converting/corrugating equipment
* Associates degree in electrical and/or mechanical technology
