The Health Program Analyst I (HPA I) will support the coordinated release of ODR clients from Los Angeles County Jail as a part of ODR’s ODR Housing Program - which is a jail-based diversion and permanent supportive housing program focused on the release of individuals with high mental health acuity from Los Angeles County Jails.

The Barge Readiness Technician will be responsible for tank barge inspections prior to loading and unloading of products. This position will also be responsible for barge inspections after a barge cleaning operation has occurred.

INLAND VESSEL PILOT
I.
BASIC FUNCTION
The Inland Vessel Pilot is responsible for operating Illinois Marine Towing vessels safely and efficiently while transporting barges.
This requires strict adherence to safety protocols and physical readiness to work in a demanding maritime environment.
The work schedule follows either a 21 days on / 21 days off rotation (Line Boat) or a 14 days on / 7 days off rotation (Fleet Boat), working 12-hour shifts.
All Pilots must possess a current U.S.
Coast Guard license appropriate for the vessel, route, and service.
While on watch and in the absence of the Master, the Pilot exercises the authority of the Master.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reporting any relevant vessel condition information, especially unsafe conditions of the boat, tow, and any associated equipment to the Master and take action to prevent accidents.

You have
· HNC, HND or Degree in Surveying or a Construction-related discipline, or MCIOB and strong post-qualification experience
· PCAQT and HHSRS qualification, or willingness to complete it after joining us
