Deine Aufgaben
* Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Marketingkampagnen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und des Umsatzes.
* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Erstellung von kreativem Foto- und Videocontent für Food, Events, Employer Branding und Recruiting
* Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung geeigneter Marketingmaßnahmen
* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern für Marketing und C&B Plattformen
Das bringst Du mit
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Tourismus oder Hotellerie
* Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder im Tourismus.

SUMMARY
The Hospital/Clinic Program Implementation Expert II – Clinical Operations, assists the Chief Operating Officer in the planning, implementation, coordination, and oversight of complex clinical operations and strategic initiatives across assigned hospital service lines at Harbor–UCLA Medical Center.
The position is responsible for supporting operational excellence, patient flow and access initiatives, regulatory compliance, and organizational priorities within a large academic and safety-net healthcare environment.
This role serves as a key operational leader and collaborator, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and facilitating implementation of initiatives that support efficient, patient-centered, equitable, and high-quality care delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Assists in directing administrative and operational functions for assigned clinical and hospital service lines.
* Leads implementation of operational initiatives, process improvements, and strategic operational plans that support organizational priorities, operational efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.

The Krusteaz Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Effingham team on our 2nd shift! The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set to identify and resolve causes of mechanical downtime and identify opportunities for improvement in the production process.
The strongest candidates will possess electrical, mechanical and PLC aptitudes.
Essential Functions: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
* Supporting production by bringing equipment to base condition through a variety of Industrial Maintenance functions.
* The technician will also interpret blueprints, fabricate metal, perform plumbing, pneumatic and millwright activities and display an understanding of motors and drives.
* Collaborating with production staff to enhance the reliability of production equipment, and completion of repair tasks in a manner that minimizes reactive downtime.
* Duties will also include problem solving and troubleshooting, operating computerized systems, maintenance software and hand-held devices, attending meetings and completing paperwork.
Technical Duties:
* Use a PC for communication, parts research, and maintenance system purposes which includes purchasing parts as needed.
* Demonstrate strong mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills.
* Follow specific maintenance procedures concerning PM’s, schedules, and documentation requirements.
* Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and represent The Krusteaz Company to outside contacts in a professional manner.
