POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of a Class B Driver in Nashville, TN is to deliver finished products at our customer locations (hospitals and healthcare facilities).
This position will represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Safely load and unload carts to transport to and from the customer.
· Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
· Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients.

Youth Peer Advocate Position Summary:
Youth Peer Advocates are individuals between 18-30 years of age who self-identify as a person with first-hand experience with social, emotional, medical, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges as a young person or have received services in a child-serving system. The Youth Peer Advocate provides formal and informal services and supports provided to youth who are experiencing social, medical, emotional, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges in their home, school, placement and/or community centered services.
Support is intended to ensure engagement and active participation of the youth in the treatment planning process and with the ongoing implementation and reinforcement of skills.
Youth Peer Advocate Job Responsibilities:
* Drawing on knowledge and skills acquired from personal experience, provide one-to-one supportive services to children and families both on site and in the community
* Promote wellness through modeling; provide mutual support, hope, reassurance and advocacy through the sharing of one’s own personal recovery/resiliency story
* Act as a peer partner in transitioning to different levels of care and into adulthood
* Coordinate and collaborate with the organizations care and patient navigators.
* Assist as needed with the collection of Quality of Care monitoring
* Complete necessary documentation including assessment, progress notes, and care plans as applicable and in accordance with program and agency standards.
* Provide skill building, coaching, engagement, bridging, and self advocacy to youth served through the clinic in the setting that is most likely to yield positive results, including in the community.

In this role, you will overlook the North West and Pretoria.
As a Field Service Engineer you will provide the diagnostic instrumentation post-sales technical support in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and Roche Diagnostics standards.
Key Challenges
Installation/De-installations
To manage technical installation / de-installation in collaboration with the project installation and Implementation teams, engaging with Project Manager, agreeing installation requirements and specifications, conducting site inspection, understanding customer expectations and requirements and assisting in developing installation plan within deadline.
Technical / Application Support
* To provide customer support and assistance by understanding customer issues, evaluating cause, providing solutions (telephonic and on site as relevant) and resolving within deadline / SLA.
* To provide Specialist technical /product advice and guidance to sales by receiving requests from sales, understanding customer specification, providing expertise and advice and making recommendations as required.
* Support all modifications and support role out plan to meet Global modification KPI’s.
* To support technical field support for cases by receiving cases, contacting clients, providing telephonic support (if possible) and coordinating resolution of cases within SLA/deadline .
* To provide Specialist technical support on site by coordinating appointment to resolve case with key contact at customer, organizing required reagents, consumables and quality control materials and providing support within deadline / SLA
* To support and resolve escalated technical cases and co-share findings with the technical support team.
