This role is ideal for RNs who enjoy variety in their schedule and thrive in a leadership role that ensures residents receive exceptional care during any shift they support.
💚 What You'll Do
As an RN, you will:
* Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shifts
* Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
* Complete admissions, transfers, discharges, and evaluations
* Provide direct hands-on nursing care as needed (IVs, treatments, specimen collection, vital checks, etc.)
* Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with physician orders
* Monitor resident changes and communicate with physicians and families
* Participate in care planning and documentation procedures
* Help maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety standards
* Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused environment
🧠 What You Bring
* Current, active RN license in California — in good standing
* 2+ years nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
* Rehab/restorative nursing knowledge a plus
* Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in all situations
* CPR certification required
* PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred
