Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Skilled Nursing Unit Manager.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by

Position Summary:
The Clinical Resource Nurse is a Registered Nurse who supports a collaborative, team-based approach to care within a community health center setting.
