Position Summary
Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift.
This role is ideal for an LVN who is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team

* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Qualifications
