We are hiring for one of our clients, a premier regional health system dedicated to providing high-quality, patient- and family-centered clinical care.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Lead / Charge Nurse on the night shift.
In this operational leadership role, you will act as a clinical resource, lead shift operations, oversee unit care standards, and facilitate smooth patient flow across the continuum of care.

General Purpose
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities.

You will serve as the key leader on-site, guiding staff and maintaining compliance with all care standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
* Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
* Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
* Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
* Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
* Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
* Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
* Long-term care and rehab experience required
* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
* Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
