Clinical Care & Documentation:

* Support admissions, discharges, and transfers with proper documentation

* Maintain accurate records in compliance with state, federal, and facility requirements
Infection Control & Safety:
* Enforce hand hygiene, infection control, and safety procedures
* Participate in emergency preparedness and fire/disaster drills
* Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
* Ensure proper use of PPE and disposal of medical waste
Qualifications
* Current LVN license in good standing with the California Board of Nursing
* CPR certification (required)
* Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred

* Ability to lift, push, and move up to 25 lbs and assist in emergency situations
