We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Department on Unit 3200, a 38-bed unit known for providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions.
Our patient population includes individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, chronic renal disease, infectious diseases, gerontology-related concerns, ischemic stroke, diabetes mellitus, sepsis, and heart failure.
We emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes and foster self-efficacy after discharge.
As a capable clinician with a strong foundation in patient care, the ideal candidate will have broad experience, a deep understanding of this patient population, and the ability to adapt to dynamic clinical situations.
This professional will apply the Synergy Model for Care to personalize and enhance care delivery, while serving as a resource and advocate for patients, families, and colleagues.
This individual will:
