You have
* You have strong experience managing housing, supported living, or customer services.
* You have led and developed managers and teams through change and challenge.
* You have confidence managing complex budgets and performance targets.
* You have solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
* You have excellent communication skills and build relationships with ease.

The practical bits
* Your working days are Monday to Friday, approximately 9am - 5pm but with some flexibility built into these hours.
* There is an expectation to attend evening and weekend meetings with our customers as and when required.
* You need to be able to travel at least 3 days a week to the office in Harrow, with the rest of the week at home or in the community.
* You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay)
* You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
