Qualifications:
* High school or equivalent.
* Journeyman or Trade License preferred.
* Must have at least Five years of Health Care Facilities experience or equivalent.
* Must have experience and understanding of AHCA, Joint Commission, and ICRA Standards.
* Must have a working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Distribution Systems and Plumbing Systems.
* Must have valid driver’s license.
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
* Light computer skills necessary.
* Able to lift 50 lbs.
