General Purpose
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats residents, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.

* Evaluate residents within 24 hours (or one business day) of physician referral; document any delays appropriately
