Position Summary
A strategic and operational leader, the Director of Orthodontics oversees both daily functioning and long-term integration of orthodontic services.
This leadership position establishes benchmarks for operational effectiveness—encompassing revenues, provider productivity, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction—through directing, planning, and coordinating across departments.
The Director directly supervises and develops Regional Managers, corporate office leaders, Ortho Office Managers, and Doctors, identifying efficiency gaps and implementing improvements in practice performance and job satisfaction.
In collaboration with the CEO and COO, the Director drives growth initiatives, establishes guidelines for recruitment, advancement, evaluation, and retention, and ensures seamless integration of orthodontics into the broader organizational structure to support strategic objectives and long-term growth.

Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator)
* Creating person centred support plans and risk management plans with your customers
* Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
* Working with our Health Coach to support customers to achieve positive health outcomes or with our training officer to support our customers to access training, education and employment.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

Typical day as an Asset Building Surveyor

· Analysing existing stock data, collecting additional information from specialist consultants and preparing long term investment plans.
· Delivering bespoke projects from initial findings through spec, appointing project teams and driving forward to completion.
· Ensuring we have a good commercial understanding of our assets by evaluating and carrying out financial appraisal of schemes.
· Attend site meetings regularly to perform the function of the client, keeping our project teams and other key stakeholders informed of any variations.
