ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
The Staffing Coordinator position must comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities including:

Responsible for preparing the monthly schedule for nurses and aides based on census needs.
The schedule must be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.

Closely monitor the headcount to ensure the Health Center is meeting the census and budget requirements.
