Flint Hills Resources is looking for a Plant Operator to join our team at our asphalt plant in Marshall, MN.
As a Plant Operator, you will work as part of a team to ensure the overall operation of the terminal, including functions such as the receipt and shipment of raw materials and asphalt products, manufacturing of asphalt products, lab testing, inspection and recordkeeping, computer-based tasks, and general equipment maintenance.
You will also coordinate with schedulers to support the successful delivery and receipt of asphalt products by truck, as well as the production of finished products to meet customer demands.

shift.
November-April: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m..
Every other Friday is worked from 7:00 a.m.

Work You'll Do
As a Lead Software Engineer II on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
* Translate business requirements into functional requirements, interface specifications, process flows, and design documentation for system enhancement efforts.
* Assess impacts of proposed changes to existing system functionality, interfaces, downstream processes, and integrated workflows.
* Support quality assurance activities, including test planning, test case review, defect analysis, and validation of requirements traceability.
* Develop analysis, recommendations, status updates, and project deliverables for client and project leadership review.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, issue resolution, and implementation planning for Medicaid eligibility and enrollment platform enhancements.
