Job Architecture & Skills is a critical function that supports a firmwide product which oversees the firm's job and work architecture and skills taxonomy.
We play a key role in supporting how our firm's leaders should think about defining the roles within their organization, which include work and tasks, skills required, and responsibilities at the role levels.
