Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading and implementing product performance, cost, and quality improvements to Transfer Switches and Power Control Systems in accordance with ASCO Procedures and standard industry practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Act as liaison between Design Engineering and Manufacturing to insure product quality and integrity meet ASCO performance requirements.

* Lead activity on equipment selection, capital justification (AR creation, justification, and submittal), and procurement for capital investments.
* Process Engineering Change Orders as needed to better document or implement product improvements
* Establish, maintain, and input product routings into JD Edwards MRP system
* Identify and implement tools and fixtures as needed to drive improved product / process performance.
* Review product bill of material and initiate any and all corrections and clarification required.

Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous aurez un rôle important dans la gestion des flux amont et aval, ainsi que dans le pilotage de projets logistiques.

Flux amont :
* Organiser et optimiser l'approvisionnement des composants en collaboration avec les fournisseurs.
* Analyser et améliorer la performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement amont, tout en menant des actions préventives et correctives pour garantir la continuité des flux.
* Piloter les fournisseurs pour obtenir des prévisions de livraison fiables.
* Mettre à jour et créer des contrats logistiques.
Flux aval :
* Suivre et évaluer la performance logistique en lien avec les contrats des transporteurs.
* Assurer la communication et gérer les interactions avec les clients pour répondre à leurs demandes spécifiques tout au long de la durée de vie de la commande.
Pilotage et gestion de projet :
* Participer à la gestion de projets logistiques, en veillant à respecter les délais et les objectifs fixés.
