Responsável por realizar atendimentos e fechar vendas por canais digitais (WhatsApp) e telefônicos, com foco em conversão e fidelização de clientes.
Atua de forma proativa na prospecção e manutenção da carteira de clientes, realizando vendas ativas e acompanhando oportunidades.
Também é responsável pelo gerenciamento do caixa comercial, garantindo o controle e a segurança dos valores movimentados.
Responsibilities
* Realizar atendimentos comerciais via WhatsApp e telefone, prestando suporte ao cliente durante todo o processo de venda.
* Efetuar o fechamento de vendas com foco em conversão e satisfação do cliente.
