Vos principales missions :
En tant que Assistant(e) Logistique Événementielle, vos principales missions, au sein de l'identité du Métier, consistent à :
* Suivre les prêts des produits Hermès auprès de nos différents partenaires (service de presse, nos filiales, les équipes au sein de Métier Maison)
* Construire les outils de suivi de stock (afin de gérer les sorties et retours)
* Participer à la rénovation constante des procédures liés au stock
* Gérer l'activité du stock de communication via notre ERP
* Gérer les inventaires avec l'équipe
* Préparer, expédier, récupérer et réceptionner les produits confiés
* Identifier et exécuter les envois d'anciennes collections
Votre profil :
* De formation supérieure en école de commerce ou de logistique
* Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience significative dans la gestion de projets logistiques ou de projets événementiels
* Vous avez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel (écrit et oral)
* Excellente maîtrise des outils informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A l'aise avec les logiciels et les chiffres
* Capacité à interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (techniques, production, commerciaux et communication)
* Rigueur, organisation, sens du détail
* Qualités relationnelles
