This role will train in our Smyrna, TN plant and transition to Mount Juliet in 2025-2026.
As part of the team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, punching, and welding metal for our cutting-edge product line.
What will you do?
* Reading blueprints and manufacturing instructions
* Performing pem, tap, and radius operations
* Identifying and verifying parts
* Running turret or brake press according to set specifications
* Operating LVD and/or Cincinnati brakes at required rates
* Setting up and running Amada turrets at required rates
* Offering valuable product improvement suggestions
* Taking on additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
