IntelliSource invites you to join our team as a Material Handler on USA Parkway! Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands-on role with a dynamic and growing company?
We are partnering with an established organization and is searching for the best Material Handlers in the area to add to our team.
This role has a 12-hour shift from 6 a.m.
to 6 p.m., rotating 3-4 days of work per week.
You must have reliable transportation for this position.
There are no shuttles available.

* Efficiently move materials within the warehouse and outside, to production areas, and onto vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts.
* Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records, ensuring materials are logged and tracked.
* Keep the storage areas organized, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with company standards and safety regulations.
* Receive and dispatch goods, verify shipments, and prepare items for shipment, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.

* Corrects billing in CBIL to ensure applicable freight charges are calculated and properly invoiced and enters all necessary documentation in the Edge system.
* Produces weekly Excel spreadsheets detailing activities.
* Works to prevent future errors through interaction with customers and Sales by providing education in freight descriptions, proper weights and shipping procedures.
* Receives internal and external customer requests to resolve matters on a timely basis.
* Maintains task log to prioritize customer requests and to ensure effective and timely resolution.
* Researches customer requests to determine appropriate resolutions.
