Maximus is currently looking for a Lead Analyst.
This role involves coordinating internal and external communications and change processes, acting as the primary contact, and collaborating with Operations Leadership and subject matter experts to define and implement change requirements.
Additionally, it includes enhancing project documentation, obtaining status updates, educating staff on contract expectations, and recommending internal process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-9 years of related professional experience.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree with 4 years of experience
Expertise in both the Medicare and Marketplace programs and systems required.
Experience developing training and scripting for a healthcare call center is highly preferred.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

The Associate Specialist - IT Asset Management is responsible for processing IT onboarding, offboarding, and access change requests.
This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain information in a database format to address budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contracts, and cost.
Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
- Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
