If that's yours too and you enjoy hitting the open road, we may have the driving role for you! Solar Atmospheres of El Cajon is looking to add a full-time Delivery Driver to the team who will work Monday-Friday approximately 6:30am - 3pm, with some overtime where required.
No overnight or weekend travel! What you'll do Our Delivery Driver will report daily to our El Cajon office and then travel interstate to deliver customer products.
They are equipped with a sprinter van, single-axle box truck (coming soon for bigger deliveries), company cell phone, gas card, and a daily pre-made route coordinated by the Plant Manager with the flexibility to choose the order of the stops.
Day-to-day you'll: · Interact with the shipping department to load and secure deliveries each morning · Prioritize caution, safety, and efficiency while driving the daily route · Interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner, assisting in unloading deliveries as needed · Ensure paperwork is completed accurately during each delivery · Occasionally assist on the shop floor or in shipping/receiving on slower delivery days What you need to thrive in this role · At least 6 months experience in a delivery or driving role · Valid driver's license and clean driving record · Reliability and dependability are a must to ensure our customer's products are delivered in a timely manner · Organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to work independently · Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 50lbs and work around material handling equipment · Ability to obtain a DOT medical card About us The mission of Solar Atmospheres is to add significant value to our customers' operations by thermally treating parts, principally in a vacuum environment, with an unwavering commitment to honesty in all relationships.

No prior locating experience is needed, but experienced locators are encouraged to apply!
Our technicians spend their workdays on the go, independently working in the field using their company-provided vehicle.
We use best-in-class ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete mark-out services for the excavator or property owner at the work site.
Your Responsibilities as a Locator:
* Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
* Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
These are daytime, full-time positions.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business.
