What will you do?
PREPARE & SHARE MONTHLY FORECAST TEMPLATES
* Consolidated "Up for Renewal" extract from ARR, BFS and BFO for all countries
* Monthly basis, Prepare country wise Forecast templates and with all Country BDs for their action
CONSOLIDATE RENEWAL FORECASTS INTO A GLOBAL VIEW
* Follow up and ensure all the Country BDs provide their forecasts on time.
Escalate to Recurring Performance leader in case of any risks
* Consolidate all the "Up for Renewal" forecasts and "Plan vs Actual' variances for prev.
months
* Prepare and share centralized view with Recurring Performance leader
DESCRIPTIVE INSIGHTS ON FORECAST PERFORMANCE - PLAN VS ACTUAL
* Perform analysis on variance between Plan vs Actual and share actionable insights
* Participate in Root Cause analysis session with Country BDs and note the actions
* Track the action status realtime and highlight any help required to Recurring Performance leader
DEVELOP EARLY WARNING ACTIONS
* Basis collected Historical data, Determine trends and any proactive actions to prevent risk towards Ontime renewals
AUTOMATE PROCESS (Stretch)

Profile
Engineer in HW, Mechanical or alternate education with at least 5 years of experience.
