Cuál será su función
El Trade Operations Interns es responsable por lograr que los productos de la compañía lleguen a tiempo cumpliendo con las necesidades y demanda de cada uno de los sectores productivos de Kenvue.

Responsabilidades clave
• Coordinar y cumplir con todas las actividades relacionadas con las importaciones / exportaciones de producto terminado (carga seca, carga peligrosa, cadena de frío) / materia prima para cualquiera de los sectores de Johnson & Johnson.
• Hacer cumplir las politicas de Trade Compliance y la regulación local que apliquen a las operaciones de comercio exterior.
• Establecer, identificar e implementar acciones de digitalización que permitan ahorros de tiempo, eficiencia en los recursos y mejora de los reportes del área.
• Colaborar, contribuir, aportar con ideas que puedan ser una opción para mejorar los lead time y los procesos que actualmente se desarrollan en Trade Operations teniendo en cuenta los desafíos y constantes cambios en el transporte internacional y procesos de supply chain a nivel global.
• Participar y contribuir en workshops con diferentes áreas para conocer e implementar acciones que permitan la mejora continua en el proceso de Trade Operations teniendo en cuenta la retro alimentación de los diferentes stakeholders.
• Participar como embajador en programas de diversidad e inclusión, así mismo actividades de impacto global a comunidades.
