Job Summary
Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Project Managers, supporting business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing multiple projects and leading Project Managers.

Job Summary
The Project Scheduler will provide technical assistance in creating and updating CPM schedules at all phases of each project throughout their duration, from conceptual to close-out.
You will be Sundt Construction's in-house scheduling expert, including coordinating the CPM schedule creation and updating tasks directly with the project superintendent.
The Project Scheduler produces and delivers various reports from the CPM schedule to the project team and may supervise one or more Project Scheduler assistants.
The Project Scheduler I position includes 3-5 years CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assists in the development of claims by providing analysis of project CPM schedule performance.
2.Assists the Project Superintendent with the incorporation into the CPM schedule the effects form design conflicts and clarifications.

Als Sales Assistant stehen Sie im Mittelpunkt der Verkaufsaktivitäten im Store.
Sie werden jeden Besucher mit Leichtigkeit, Überraschung und Großzügigkeit verzaubern und jederzeit einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service bieten.
Sie stellen sicher, dass auf jeden Kunden individuell eingegangen wird, identifizieren seine Bedürfnisse und überraschen ihn mit den verschiedenen Hermès-Universen.
Sie konzentrieren sich auf qualitativ hochwertige Verkäufe, die Entwicklung starker Kundenbeziehungen und die Bereitstellung eines exzellenten Aftersales-Services.

This position is responsible for all BOH (Back of House) management including consistent excellence of all customer services (Aftersales, Customer Requests, Reservations), till control procedures and oversees the stock management processes.

Descriptif du poste :
En tant qu'Incident Manager, vous garantissez la qualité de la plateforme en production pour nos utilisateurs.
Vous participez à la mise en œuvre des méthodes et solutions pour mesurer la disponibilité et la performance des fonctionnalités de notre site en production et pour intervenir au plus vite et au mieux en cas de dysfonctionnement.
Vous êtes très sensible à l'expérience de nos utilisateurs et vous activez les leviers nécessaires pour qu'elle soit à la hauteur des exigences de la maison Hermès.
Vous rapportez au Responsable Production et Release Mangement.
Vos missions :
* Prendre en charge les dysfonctionnements de la plateforme de production : qualification de ces dysfonctionnements, évaluation de leur impact, enrichissement de la description du dysfonctionnement avec des informations additionnelles
* Suivre la résolution avec l'équipe - notamment le Product Owner et le Technical Leader afin d'assurer une correction dans les délais souhaités (SLA).
* Communiquer de manière pro-active et fréquente avec l'ensemble des représentants des équipes affectées par le dysfonctionnement, jusqu'à la validation du correctif en production ; prise en charge d'un post-mortem complet après validation de la résolution.
* Déclencher la matrice d'escalade quand nécessaire, ainsi que le déclenchement d'une " war room " avec les équipes techniques.
* Garantir la pérennité de la plateforme en identifiant avec les équipes produits et techniques, les actions à prendre pour corriger de façon permanente les dysfonctionnements récurrents ou dont l'impact s'aggrave avec le temps.
