Maximus is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Director of Proposal Management.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a team including executives to plan and deliver responsive and compelling proposals to a wide range of State & Local Government clients throughout the U.S.
Coach other Proposal Managers as needed or assigned.
This position manages the full proposal development lifecycle including RFP analysis, proposal management plans, schedules, content reviews ensuring 100% compliant responses, conducting color reviews, and working with production through delivery, as well as post submission client requests.
Requires the ability to lead a team of proposal managers and/or work with persons in various roles to create the bid strategy, messaging, value propositions, competitive blocks/traps, and other elements of response writing to produce a compelling, winning proposal.
No direct reports.
This is a fully remote role with approximately 10% travel.
