Le département consulting / expertise des Services en France est au service des clients de Schneider Electric pour leur permettre d'améliorer sans cesse la sécurité, la fiabilité et les consommations énergétiques de leurs installations.
Votre rôle :
Rattaché à l'équipe Consulting des services Schneider, vous serez en charge de prescrire et d'exécuter les offres de diagnostic et d'audit en France dans le domaine de l'efficacité énergétique et la décarbonation.
Vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter les missions de conseil depuis la phase commerciale, en supportant la force de vente dans les phases de qualification, jusqu'à l'exécution en poussant les effets de suites liés aux recommandations pour engager un accompagnement long terme de nos clients.
Le poste sera basé à Rueil-Malmaison ou Lyon ou Grenoble.
Des déplacements à prévoir en France (50%) sur la zone régionale d'affectation (50%) et en France (20%)
Vos principales missions :
Commercialisation de l'offre
* Assurer le support à la force de vente pour qualifier les besoins clients
* Formaliser un accompagnement adapté sous forme de proposition commerciale
* Soutenir techniquement les propositions d'accompagnement pour assurer la bonne compréhension client
* Assurer le pilotage et le suivi commercial du portefeuille d'offres commerciales sur votre périmètre géographique
* Participer à développer au rayonnement de l'offre en interne et en externe en participant activement à l'animation du plan d'action commerciale et plan d'action de formation et communication
Réalisation des diagnostics et des études
* Organiser le déroulement de la prestation (réunion de lancement, exécution sur site, réunion d'alignement technique, restitution...) avec le client et vos collaborateurs
* Évaluer le niveau de maturité d'une organisation pour comprendre son engagement en matière de gestion de l'énergie et de l'environnement en lien avec le respect des normes et réglementations en vigueurs
* Définir le comportement énergétique de l'entreprise vis-à-vis des énergies consommées, des usages et des équipements utilisés.
* Analyser la performance énergétique des usages en mesurant les variables des systèmes et des équipements en place.
* Proposer des solutions de réduction de consommation d'énergie et des solutions de baisse des émissions carbone
* Co définir avec le client une stratégie de déploiement de plan d'action en fonction de ses ambitions
Amélioration continue
* Effectuer une veille technologique portant sur votre domaine d'expertise
* S'assurer de la capitalisation de la connaissance des équipes, en partageant son savoirs-faires et ses bonnes pratiques

Contexte :
Situé en Ardèche, dans un cadre offrant une très bonne qualité de vie, à proximité de l'A7 (45 min de Valence, 1h30 de Grenoble et 1h50 de Lyon), notre site de Privas compte environ 115 employés qui réparent des onduleurs, variateurs de vitesse, automates, interfaces homme-machine, et fabriquent des pièces détachées pour prolonger la durée de vie des produits installés chez nos clients.
Le site s'inscrit donc pleinement dans l'économie circulaire.
Vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 personnes chargée d'assurer la qualité de nos produits et services, pour l'usine de Privas à laquelle vous serez rattaché, et pour le centre de distribution associé, situé à Montélimar.
Missions :
Vous épaulerez le responsable qualité dans la gestion du système qualité commun à ces deux sites.
Vous aurez notamment pour missions :
* Gestion documentaire :
+ De vous assurer que les documents soient revus / mis à jour régulièrement
+ D'apporter un support aux équipes pour les créations et mises à jour de document
+ De former les personnes à la gestion documentaire
+ De faciliter l'accès pour tous aux documents en travaillant sur les outils de gestion documentaire
* Audits :
+ De vous assurer que les audits internes soient réalisés dans les délais et que les actions suite à audits soient définies et enregistrées
+ De mettre en place un suivi efficace des actions suite à audits (internes et externes)
+ De vous assurer que l'efficacité des actions suite à audits soit mesurée et que les audits soient clôturés
Vous participerez à la revue annuelle des processus, ainsi qu'à la revue de direction et aiderez à leur préparation.

Déplacements France/étranger : Le poste est basé à Privas, en horaires de journée flexibles, avec des déplacements ponctuels possibles à Montélimar.
