We are looking for a caring and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team.
In this role, you will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met.
You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Set up, deliver and serve food as directed.
* Serve meals that are palatable, appetizing in appearance and in accordance with established portion control procedures, on a timely basis.
* Assist Cook in preparing meals and checking diet trays before distribution.
* Prepare kitchen, food and supplies for the next meal.
* Return clean utensils to proper storage areas and maintain a clean, dry work environment free of hazardous conditions or equipment.
* Assist in daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, etc.

* The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing financial and cost accounting data analysis.
Provides high quality Financial Analysis, forecasting and analyzes complex financial data and determine their significance and prepare financial reports.
* Connects with stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
* Actively participates in Finance Transformation
Who will be successful?
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* 3 to 5 years relevant experience focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance.
Includes any of the following:
* Analysis of internal financial information (eg.
profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)
* Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (eg.inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)
* Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
* Strong background in cost accounting and financial reporting
* Detail-oriented and with high level of integrity and work values
* With good communication skills in English
* Computer Literate, MS excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio.
* Preferably have experience with Tableau or similar tools
* Must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite

Roles and Responsibilities
• Proven experience in SMT, THT, Manual Assembly, and Conformal Coating processes.

• Collaborate with product designers to ensure timely execution of product pilots and mass production.
