The Relationship Specialist II (RS II) is a universal role that encompasses various duties and responsibilities of a concierge, RS I, ITM Rep and Relationship Manager I in order to serve our members as needed in-person or over the phone to sustain and support branch operations.
Under general supervision, they will guide members to the proper destination for the appropriate resolution or assist them directly.
The RS II performs a wide variety of job duties including, opening new accounts/sub-shares, receiving and disbursing cash, plastic card services, originating and processing loan applications, and referring Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland.
The RS II also performs wide variety of account maintenance and transactions.
Meeting and exceeding performance goals and revenue targets will be part of the RS II Minimum Performance Standards.
The RS II ensures member transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner to achieve the Credit Union’s member service objectives.
The RS II is also responsible for providing operational support and exceptional member service while maintaining controls and safeguards.
This role’s primary focus is the member experience and is expected to represent Nuvision Federal Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times, showing mutual respect while working with and collaborating with others to build strong relationships internally within the organization and externally with our members.
They must maintain confidentiality with member information, pay attention to detail, demonstrate sound judgment, and act with tact and diplomacy.
Responsibilities:
* Consults with members.
* Identifies needs, offers solutions, and follows up on any pending transactions.
* Holds conversations that matter with members either in person or over the phone.
* Calls on various call reports to garnish more business throughout the workday and during scheduled call nights throughout the month.
* Performs various job duties including but not limited to: Escorting member’s to appropriate destinations for the appropriate resolution, receiving and disbursing funds, opening new accounts/sub-shares, and originating loans.
* As needed, inputs, processes and funds consumer loan types such as Closed-end Signature and VISA.
* Performs a wide variety of account maintenance including issuing/re-pinning ATM/Debit Cards, changes of address, name changes, adding/updating account set up, adding/updating joint owners, adding/updating beneficiaries, closing accounts, processing deceased accounts, notary services and issuing Cashier’s Checks.
* Recommends and refers appropriate products and services including Mortgage, Investment Services, and Autoland from having conversations that matter with members.

The surgical technologist facilitates the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
Maintains the sterile field and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team.
The Cardiac Center provides comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents and young adults with complex cardiac, thoracic and vascular disease.
The Cardiac Center provides patient care, performs research, and educates and trains health care professionals consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Nemours Foundation.
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma and completion of a Surgical technology program required
* BLS (American Heart Association) required
* Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (NCCT) preferred
* Minimum of one year experience required

Nemours is seeking a Physician Authorization/Referral Specialist!
The Specialist is responsible for obtaining and processing Elective, Urgent, and Emergent referrals and authorizations for physician based services and some office based services, including but not limited to cardiology, audiology test, laboratory testing.
The Specialist is also responsible for obtaining genetic testing approval and medication authorizations and other assigned outpatient services.
The Specialist will work with partner hospitals for claim submission and registration accuracy.
They will also ensure that patient responsibility estimates are created and communicated timely.
Elective referrals and authorizations are obtained prior to the service date according to the department standard.
Urgent/Emergent referrals and authorizations are to be initiated at the time of the service and must be completed according to insurance company guidelines.

During the authorization/referral process the specialist will provide the insurance company and or pcp office with all required patient information by fax, phone, or online submission.
They will partner with the Primary Care Provider to obtain all approvals as needed per insurance company requirements.
This role is required to use all utilize all available resources to verify eligibility, benefits and patient out of pocket responsibilities.
Estimates are prepared during the authorization process for in office testing and procedures.
The Specialist is also responsible for researching and notifying the servicing departments of co-payment responsibilities.
It is the very important that the Specialist understand and interpret benefits correctly in order to communicate and estimate out of pocket responsibility according to the patients insurance benefit.
Should a service date approach without prior authorization and or referral the specialist will follow the Administrative Approval process to ensure that patient responsibility is accounted for.
This position collaborates with: Hospital Authorization department, non Nemours physician offices, managed care department and Nemours Physicians, and Departmental Administrative Staff to ensure that accurate information is collected and distributed effectively and efficiently.
The specialist will collaborate with partner hospital to s=ensure that claims are processed timely and effectively.
They will also partner with outside resources such as Paths to ensure enrollment with Medicaid payers takes place timely.
The Specialist utilizes daily reports and work queues to complete follow up on non-approved cases and assure completion prior tto service date according to department standards.
In addition, the Specialist will attend daily departmental 2 huddles to report on payor issues, barriers impacting workflows, and specific issues that could result in a nonreimbursable visit.

Primary Functions:
The Genetic Counselor Assistant (GCA) provides support regarding genetic testing services with functions that involve coordination of genetic testing, insurance verification management, and provider and patient interaction.
The GCA will be involved in scheduling, coordinating, verifying insurance coverage for patients receiving genetic testing.
Responsibilities will include discussing insurance coverage with patients.
The GCA will be a point of contact with external genetic testing organizations involving the provision of relevant clinical billing and contact information as well as sample submission and results tracking.
Essential Functions:
* Work closely with genetics medicine providers and genetic counselors to facilitate provision of genetic testing services.
* Communicate with hospital authorization group, providers, and insurance companies to obtain medical insurance coverage for genetic testing and provide medical information from providers for appeal processes, etc.
* Discuss insurance coverage information with families and coordinate genetic counseling consent appointments and sample collection.
* Contact genetic testing laboratories and pathology departments regarding sample availability, sample requirements, test costs, and other relevant information.
* Work with genetic counselors and other clinical providers to draft letters of medical necessity and result letters for genetic testing.
* Track results of genetic testing to ensure timely delivery of results to team and patients.
* Complete Genetic Testing requisition forms
* Obtain medical records, perform chart review
* Other tasks as needed

Nemours Children's Health Pensacola is seeking a highly motivated Audiologist to staff at Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart.
The Audiologist will provide comprehensive hearing evaluation, treatment and consultation independently to typical pediatric patients within a program and under the guidelines designated by departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
This role will expand knowledge of less common populations seen within the program through mentorship, educational opportunities and more!
Essential Functions:
* Demonstrates proficiency in the care of pediatrics for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
* Demonstrates proficiency in the care of neonates as required by assignment.
* Evaluates patients for hearing difficulties, impairments and makes appropriate recommendations to physicians, families, schools, and community agencies for follow-up care.
* Independently provides and coordinates age-appropriate treatment plans and treatment in routine patient care situations.
* Completes timely documentation as required by departmental policy and Nemours standards.
* Attends meetings related to patient treatment and contributes to discussion as an interdisciplinary team member.
* Consults with other services, families and outside agencies to recommend equipment, home or school modifications, transition of care etc.
* Participates in meeting goals of the department
* Assists in maintenance of department equipment.
* Maintains knowledge of and familiarity with the insurance referral/authorization process and documentation requirements related to therapy services.
* Investigates specialty areas within the audiology discipline.
Includes interests in Cochlear implants and hearing aids, vestibular testing, electrophysiological testing and central auditory processing testing.

Job Requirements:
* Master's Degree or Au.D required
* Applicant must be a licensed Audiologist or eligible for licensure in the state of Florida
