This position oversees and is directly involved in more than one of the following operations: Dock, P&D, and Road Dispatch, which includes customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, claims prevention, load average/s, and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manages, plans, organizes, and directs assigned employees.
* Manages and implements security and loss prevention procedures.
* Prepares and manages safety procedures in accordance with TFF and government guidelines.
* Prepares and implements action plans to ensure the service center achieves planned productivity, load average, cube utilization, and service targets.
* Works with Central Dispatch to develop a line haul plan to effectively and efficiently move freight to destinations.
* Schedules employees in accordance with hours planning, TFFs run bid process, and service requirements.

The Office of Sponsored Accounting and Cost Analysis (OSA) aids faculty and staff in managing the financial post award aspects of external research funding and overseas the sponsored fringe, indirect, and service-center rate development process for the university.
The function plays a pivotal role in supporting the university’s strategic goal and initiatives to grow our sponsored research portfolio.

Lead Banquet team in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Check server and house person Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to ensure that all information is accurate.
* Check room set-up to see that BEO directions are completely followed.
Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean.
* Make contact with group representatives.
Explain how to make contact if needed throughout function.
* Communicate all BEO changes to catering office and affected departments.
* Coordinate with banquet staff set-ups, changes, and time schedules for all functions.
* Operate as a banquet server; setting-up, greeting and serving the guest and breaking-down the function.
* Inspect banquet areas at end of function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean.

The Principal Systems Engineer performs at an advanced level: requirements analysis and management, technical planning, systems level design, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk management, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for products in the warfighter systems portfolio.
