l The main responsibilities of the Busway LEAGUE include full lifecycle maintenance of product lines (covering end-to-end process management from product development, improvement to withdrawal from the market) and corresponding business and product support for cross-functional departments.

l Be responsible for the overall planning, organization, implementation and control of the project, formulate detailed project plans and ensure their effective implementation.
l Coordinate internal and external resources (including cross-functional departments, clients, suppliers, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
l Monitor project progress, cost and quality, identify potential risks in a timely manner, and formulate and implement risk response strategies.
l Organize project meetings, timely communicate project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders.
l Manage project team, motivate team members, improve team work efficiency and ensure the completion of project objectives.
l Be responsible for project acceptance, summary and archives, and sum up project experience to provide reference for future projects.
