Au sein du cluster GSC Europe FD & MoMa (10 usines en Europe, ~1 Md€ de COGS) et d'une équipe Finance comprenant 10 controllers en Europe, appuyés par des analystes CoCe en Pologne, vous intervenez sur le site de Dijon.
Le site Schneider Electric Dijon, certifié Smart Factory 4.0, est situé à 3 h de Paris et 2 h de Lyon.
Fort de plus de 40 ans d'expertise et de capacités industrielles avancées (traçabilité intégrée, laboratoires d'essais, machines spéciales haute cadence), il rassemble 350+ collaborateurs et est une référence pour l'assemblage/ajustage à grand volume de disjoncteurs moteurs (TeSys, GV2), de relais (TeSys, LRD) et la fabrication de busways préfabricés.

Votre rôle
Co-piloter la performance financière du site aux côtés du/de la Plant Manager : expliquer les résultats, améliorer la compétitivité, optimiser le cash (Capex & inventaires), sécuriser la conformité et accompagner les projets de transformation.

1) Expliquer la performance financière

Be the finance co-pilot to the Plant Manager: explain performance, drive competitiveness, optimize cash (Capex & inventory), secure compliance and support transformation projects.

Aux côtés de la Transformation Lead (Europe), vous contribuez à la réussite des initiatives de transformation, à la mise en place de processus standard, et au développement de la Process Academy.

Quelles seront vos missions ?
Contribuer à la conduite du changement et au support des initiatives de transformation, en aidant à :
* Supporter la préparation des plans de conduite du changement pour les différentes initiatives de transformation ;
* collecter des informations, produire des supports clairs et faciliter la coordination transverse ;
* préparer les réunions clés (steering committees, réunions process...) et les communications associées ;
* assurer une veille sur les bonnes pratiques en transformation, change management et process excellence.
Aider à l'animation de la Process Academy & à la formalisation des processus
* Soutenir la création des modules de formation (contenus, supports, templates).
* Participer à la logistique et à l'organisation des sessions de formation.
* Analyser les retours (feedback, attendance, satisfaction) et proposer des axes d'amélioration.
* Participer à la création ou mise à jour des processus internes (standardisation, simplification, documentation).
* Contribuer aux ateliers d'amélioration continue
* Aider à suivre les KPI liés à la performance des processus et à l'amélioration mesurable.
L'anglais est utilisé quotidiennement.
Profil :
Bac + 5 en Management, Transformation, Digital, Process / Organisation, ou École de Commerce.
