The Warehouse Multi-Skilled Operator supports efficient warehouse and production operations by handling materials, operating equipment, and applying industrial heat shrink wrap to protect electrical and industrial components for storage and shipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility and yard.
* Operate combo lifts and robotic systems to transport materials.
* Pick, pull, receive, and verify materials against packing lists.
* Inspect shipments for damage or shortages and document discrepancies.
* Prepare equipment and pallets for shrink wrapping.
* Apply industrial heat shrink wrap using approved tools to ensure weather-resistant protection.
* Perform quality checks before and after wrapping to meet packaging standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, organized work area (5S/Lean).
* Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience in warehouse operations, packaging, or industrial wrapping preferred.
* Ability to safely operate heat guns and warehouse equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose
