JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vice President, Global Head of Digital Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the vision and leading the execution of Chubb's global digital presence - overseeing the redesign of Chubb.com, managing its underlying Adobe technology stack, and driving digital strategy and operations across 54 markets.
The position is highly technical and strategic, requiring deep expertise in AI-driven digital marketing, content systems, analytics, and governance, as well as the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence at the executive level in a complex, matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate will sit in our New York, NY or Whitehouse Station, NJ offices.
The Role
The expectations placed on digital marketing are changing rapidly, driven by artificial intelligence, evolving user behaviors, and an increasingly competitive landscape for attention and conversion.
The Vice President, Global Head of Digital Experience will lead Chubb's digital presence through that shift: setting the vision for how the world's largest publicly traded P&C insurer shows up online, and ensuring the team, platforms, and workflows are built to perform in an environment that rarely stands still.
This is a leadership role as much as a technical one.
The right candidate brings genuine command of AI as a practical operating framework, alongside fluency in UX principles, performance measurement, and agile ways of working, as well as the ability to lead a talented team through change with clarity and confidence.
This person must be a credible peer to engineering leadership and a trusted partner to regional executives and market digital leads, translating marketing intent into technical delivery, and platform capability into measurable business outcomes across 54 markets.
Responsibilities
Strategy, Content Systems & AI Operations
* Develop and own the strategic roadmap for Chubb.com and other owned digital touchpoints, balancing long-term platform investment with near-term business performance across markets.
* Lead digital experience strategy as an AI-first discipline: identifying where intelligent tools and automation can accelerate personalization, reduce production friction, and improve global consistency.
* Design and govern AI-powered content workflows that encode brand voice, visual standards, and governance requirements directly into the production process, moving from manual review to systematized quality at scale.
* Architect performance feedback loops connecting site analytics, testing outcomes, and user behavior data back into content and experience decisions, so the system continuously improves.
* Establish and evolve a best-in-class branded digital design system that governs digital experience quality across geographies, business lines, and channels without sacrificing local relevance.
Performance & Optimization
* Manage website KPIs tied to business goals across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C ...
