Votre rôle
Être le partenaire juridique de référence pour le montage et la réalisation de projets industriels complexes en France : analyser les risques, définir la stratégie contractuelle, rédiger et négocier les contrats clés, et conseiller les équipes afin de protéger au mieux les intérêts du Groupe.
Vos missions
* Apporter un support en droit des affaires et des contrats sur des projets industriels (appels d'offres, ventes/projets clés en main, sous-traitance, services, maintenance, partenariats, marchés publics).
* Déployer votre expertise en contract management : analyse des risques, recommandations et assistance aux équipes projet.
* Rédiger, réviser et négocier les contrats en interaction étroite avec les opérationnels.

* Excellente maîtrise de la rédaction contractuelle en français et en anglais ; communication claire et aisance relationnelle.
* Intérêt prononcé pour les projets industriels ; goût du travail en équipe et autonomie dans la conduite des dossiers.
